Order and Payment

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, you may change/cancel your order if it is not yet dispatched. To do so, please get in touch
with our Customer Service Team on +919379373333 or at
info@shushubabies.com with your order number and your request. You will need to do
so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the My
Account Order Tab. If you have placed the order as a guest your details won’t reflect in the
My Account section but don’t worry, we will send you timely updates via email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.
Online Payment via Credit or Debit We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro cards.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?

No, Currently that option is not available.

 

Domestic Shipping

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

For orders above Rs.1000, we offer FREE Shipping.
For orders below Rs.1000, we charge shipping fees depending on the pin code while checking out.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

This depends on your location. Mostly once the order is confirmed, we try to dispatch the products the very next day. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes
another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location

International Shipping

DOES SHUSHUBABIES.COM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally.

HOW DO I PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

Once the order is confirmed and payment is through, we will dispatch the product immediately without any delay and will inform the same via email/WhatsApp/call. For International shipping, the card will be charged in their respective currency equivalent to the conversion rate of Indian Rupees.

IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?

There is a nominal charge based on the products and country we ship to. Please note,
you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in.
Customs Duty will be on actual, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time
of accepting the order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME?

This depends on your location. Mostly once the order is confirmed, we try to dispatch the products the very
next day. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday.
Please allow us 3-10 working days to deliver your product

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER IN CASE THERE IS AN ISSUE?

We offer the option to exchange within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Please
email us with the list of products you need to exchange and the reason. Our customer
service team will get in touch with you in 1-2 business days. We try our best to ensure
that our products reach you defect and damage free but in the off chance this happens,
please share images with us as well. This will help us solve your query faster.

DO YOU ARRANGE REVERSE PICKUPS?

No, we don’t have a reverse pickup facility for international orders.You will need to ship
the products back to us at your own cost.

Returns and Exchanges within India

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

We do not accept Returns. We only accept item to be exchanged for a new product or store credit. For products that can be exchanged,
we adopt a 2-DAY FREE EXCHANGE policy from the time the product has been delivered to the customer as long as the returned products are
unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Do note, free gifts/products
won or received in promotional offers, and products purchased on Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY?

You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for 6 months.

DO YOU HAVE A REVERSE PICKUP SERVICE?

Yes, we have a one-time free reverse-pickup service. We will arrange for a representative
of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 15 working days. Please
keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original
packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case
your pin code is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back
to us at your own cost and we will be sure to reimburse shipping fees in the form
of store credit.

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGABLE?

Sale collections are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.
